Segula Holding, a company incorporated under French law and registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 343 166 393, located at 19 rue d’Arras, 92000 Nanterre (hereinafter, the “Segula Technologies Group” or “we”) proceeds to Process Personal Data (as defined hereinafter) in the context of its activity.

In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of 26 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and the amended “Informatique et Libertés” law of 6 January 1978, the Segula Technologies Group, as the data controller, undertakes to implement adequate measures to ensure the protection, confidentiality and security of the Personal Data of any person from whom such Data is collected.

To send Users information of an advertising nature concerning the Segula Technologies Group.
In this context, the Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Segula Technologies Group, more specifically its economic interest in informing you of its activities and in proposing personalized offers.

Depending on the purposes for which the Data is collected, the legal basis for the Data Processing may be

The consent of the person concerned by the Processing;

The Segula Technologies Group may give access to your Personal Data to any of its third-party service providers in order to perform services relating to the Site and to the services of the Segula Technologies Group (in particular, IT service providers, providers of analytical solutions, marketing or advertising service providers, HR software providers for talent management).

The Segula Technologies Group retains Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

For Personal Data collected in the context of your requests/queries formulated via the Site: we retain your Data for the time necessary to process said requests/queries and, if the latter relate to a contract between the Segula Technologies Group and you, for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 5 years (in the form of archives);

For Personal Data collected when you consent to receive our advertising information: we keep your Data for a period of 3 years following our last contact with you;

Candidate files are kept for 2 years from the last contact with said candidates unless you object to such a retention period and wish your Data to be deleted once the examination of your application is completed. Beyond this period, Personal Data is archived in accordance with the applicable statute of limitations;

When cookies or other tracers are deposited on your terminal, they are kept in accordance with legal obligations and recommendations issued by the authorities (i.e. 13 months in France for cookies and tracers not essential to the functioning of the Site).

The Personal Data collected by the Segula Technologies Group is stored in France.

In order to carry out its missions, the Segula Technologies Group may be required to communicate the Personal Data collected to its subsidiaries, service providers, clients or other third parties.

In the event of transfer of Personal Data by the Segula Technologies Group outside the European Union, the Group undertakes to verify beforehand that the entities outside the European Union, including the Group’s subsidiaries located outside the European Union, offer an adequate level of protection in accordance with European legislation. The Segula Group undertakes in particular to sign with companies outside the European Union the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission when necessary. The Segula Technologies Group has put in place appropriate Personal Data protection measures to ensure that Personal Data is used in accordance with the purposes set forth in Article 3 above.

In accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, the persons concerned by the Processing of Personal Data have a certain number of rights concerning the collection and Processing of their Personal Data, namely

The Segula Technologies Group takes care to protect and secure the Personal Data that has been communicated to it, in order to ensure its confidentiality and prevent it from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

The Segula Technologies Group has taken physical, electronic and organizational protection measures to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access or distribution, alteration or possible destruction of this Personal Data. However, despite the efforts of the Segula Technologies Group to protect Personal Data, the Group cannot guarantee the infallibility of this protection because of the inevitable risks that may arise during the transmission of Personal Data.

Job postings are linked to our HR talent management and training software. Therefore, when the candidate is referred to this platform, the Personal Data processed and collected are in compliance with this Policy.

The Segula Technologies Group has no control over the content of third-party sites with regard to the protection of Personal Data that these sites may collect. Consequently, it is the responsibility of each User to find out about the Personal Data protection policies of the third-party sites concerned.

The Segula Technologies Group may update this Policy at any time in order to adapt it to applicable regulations and Group practices. In this case, the date of the Policy update will be updated and will indicate the day on which the modifications were made. In the event of substantial changes, we will inform you by any appropriate means.
